A team is more than just a group of people. For me, I see a team as a community. One that operates from a unifying set of values, works toward the same goals, learns and grows in unison, and at the end—when all is said and done—celebrates their accomplishments together.

As a Minnesota Vikings alum, I learned a thing or two about what makes a successful team, as well as the hurdles that prevent teams from getting there. Now, as a motivational speaker for sports teams, I’m blessed with the opportunity to share my past triumphs and shortcomings with young, talented individuals on this road to success. From helping individual players see the importance of team dynamics to instilling confidence both on and off the field, my objective is to help bridge communication gaps between team members, bring individuals closer together, and develop a collective sense of passion and excitement for the goals ahead.

At the end of the day, members of your team will walk away feeling less like individuals and more like necessary parts to a greater whole.
